ABOUT ME
I'm Italian, from the beautiful, vibrant city of Naples, and I've lived in the UK for many years. I've kept my roots and heritage alive by cooking the dishes of Neapolitan tradition passed down through generations, and through my family's patisserie – Pasticceria Cimmino. Since Covid, alongside my work as a producer, I've been building a career in food — from cooking aboard sailing boats to running supper clubs and private chef services. WHAT'S ON OFFER
Cookery lessons at my house, yours, or online – whichever suits you. A beautiful birthday cake, made and brought to your door. Private chef for retreats, holidays, dinners or lunches you're hosting but don't have the time or inclination to cook yourself. MY UPCOMING BOOK
I'm working on a memoir and cookbook, now in its final stages of production. It tells the story of my family – how my grandfather opened Pasticceria Cimmino in Naples in 1930 – along with my memories tied to each cake and season. Four recipes for every season, each with its own story: the origins of the dish, and the Neapolitan traditions woven through it.
